IBX Women in Technology & Analytics Networking Event 2026
Independence Blue Cross (IBX) announces the annual Women in Technology and Analytics Networking Event will be held on Thursday, April 9th from 3:30 to 6 p.m. in the Daniel J. Hilferty Center for Innovation, 1901 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA.
This in-person event is open to anyone who is interested in starting or advancing a career in technology and analytics including:

On the Agenda
The event will feature a fireside chat and Q&A session with Sushma Akunuru, SVP and Chief Information Officer, IBX and Cindy Hoots, an award‑winning Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer recognized for her business‑focused, consumer‑centric transformational leadership.
We will also host a panel discussion with featuring IBX women technology leaders who will discuss the challenges, advancements, and evolving work dynamics within the technology industry. Following the discussion, participants will be invited to network with IBX leaders and technical professionals to gain insight into our culture and explore career mobility opportunities from rising technology leaders, associates, and HR professionals.
This is an INVITE ONLY event: Interested attendees will need to apply online to RSVP and upload a current resume. Those interested are asked to submit your information by the end of day on April 3rd.
