Inter-Plan Sales Support Specialist
Project management, product knowledge, claims administration, benefit interpretation background, basic understanding of risk management practices and a working knowledge of Rating, Utilization Management, and Data Reporting.
Prior experience working with National Accounts is preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong relationship skills – ability to gain rapport, trust and to negotiate.
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Strong analytical, negotiation, project management and problem solving skills
Working knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
