Job Description:

 The Talent Solutions & Insights team of the Human Resources (HR) division has oversight over the organization’s portfolio of HR applications. Additionally, the team helps improve business outcomes by integrating human capital data across the employee life cycle.

The intern will:

  • Learn about human capital/talent technologies
  • Have exposure to all departments/functions within the HR division
  • Complete ad hoc and/or repeatable workforce analyses
  • Assist in the development of new dashboards and/or reporting templates
  • Assist with developing reference material for use across the division

 Other opportunities may be presented to candidates possessing exceptional work ethic and ability.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience working with databases
  • Attention to detail
  • Inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Data visualization experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistics is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, MS PowerPoint, Tableau

 

Preferred Majors:

Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Management
