Lead Business Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven work experience in a business unit or equivalent external work experience. Medicare experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills necessary.
- Considerable knowledge of project management tools and business systems methodology. Well-versed in best practice processes and procedures.
- Detail oriented with the ability to develop and create timelines for the project life cycle. Proven effectiveness in maintaining project targets and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate objectives and business requirements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong product and benefits knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills required to address and present the most complex ideas as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to define business solutions, make decisions, identify problems, coordinate resources, and implement change.
- Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong emphasis on details
- Ability to develop, plan, and create dashboards to support management visibility.
- Must be detail oriented and understand corporate objectives.
