Manager Data Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in data management (data warehouse, data lake, datamart, ODS) environments
- Development and project management experience implementing analytic applications including all phases of system development lifecycle (SDLC)
- 5+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise data and how it is being used by business for analytical and operational purposes.
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred in the following areas:

- ETL or ELT design and development
- Analytic applications
- Data engineering
- Data warehouse
- Big Data/Hadoop
- Cloud-based solutions

- Ability to influence and partner with business partners as well as to work with highly technical individuals
- Demonstrated solutions design experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining budgets, policies, procedures, and standards
- Experience supporting Healthcare, Managed Care, Finance or Account Reporting desired
- Healthcare payor experience, especially in the Provider Data Management and Capitation, is preferred
- Cloud experience is also desired
- Accountable for adherence to program and project management standards
