Partner with IT, BTS, Compliance, and vendors to deploy AI responsibly, with appropriate guardrails, monitoring, and oversight

Insights & Reporting

Partner with reporting teams to deliver end-to-end reporting and insights across the lead-to-enrollment funnel to optimize performance

Partner to build and maintain dashboards and KPIs (e.g., conversion, cost per acquisition/enrollment, retention, and Stars-relevant quality metrics) for leadership and operating reviews

Serve as a primary conveyor of emerging incidents and trends- continuously monitoring funnel and platform data to detect signals early, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform marketing, sales, and growth strategy

Support attribution, lead scoring, and funnel analysis to direct investment toward the highest-performing channels

Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales/Telesales, Operations, Compliance, BTS, and IT to deliver scalable solutions
