Manager Medicare Sales - Telesales & Analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of related work experience, preferably to include Medicare sales management or similar field. Health care industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a sales and retention driven environment
- Experience in a Medicare call center environment preferred. Experience leading day to day Medicare call center operations including working knowledge of all technical aspects of call center operations.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of Medicare and CMS compliance required.
- Ability to work in a fast pace cross functional environment to deliver strategic initiatives in a timely manner
- Self-starter with strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data to develop strategic direction and decisions and present actionable insights to vendors and leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent sales training skills required
- Ability to articulate sales and compliance results to key leadership within the organization.
- Experience with utilization and development of Customer Relationship Management tools to improve sales performance.
- Ability to work well with people and influence both vendor relationships and results.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
- Experience managing service deliverables through third party vendor partnerships preferred
- Active PA and NJ State Accident & Health license required or obtained within 60 days of hire into position.
- Medicare certification required, must be obtained within 60 days of hire into position.
