Medicare Advantage Product Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of six years’ experience with Medicare Advantage plans in a Product Development, Operations, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare (Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement) products and CMS/State regulations
- Marketing experience in a health plan setting preferred, but not required.
- Solid planning, organization, and analytical skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality required for review of product grids, marketing materials, websites, and training materials
- Demonstrated ability to bring complex projects a successful conclusion.
- Strong project management skills, including global thinking and timeline development
- Strong written communication skills to develop business requirements, training programs, policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
