Medicare Telesales Manager
· Minimum 7+ years of related work experience, preferably in Medicare sales management or similar field. Health care industry experience preferred.
· College or graduate degree required
· Extensive experience in a Medicare call center environment required. Experience leading day to day Medicare call center operations including working knowledge of all technical aspects of call center operations.
· Minimum 10 years sales experience required
· Strong knowledge of all aspects of Medicare and CMS compliance required.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent sales training skills required
· Ability to articulate sales and compliance results to key leadership within the organization.
· Experience with utilization and development of Customer Relationship Management tools to improve sales performance.
· Self-starter with strong analytical and project management skills.
· Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work well with people and influence both vendor relationships and results.
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple tasks
· Ability to travel 30% of the time
· Active PA health insurance license within 60 days.
· Experience managing service deliverables through third party vendor partnerships preferred
