Senior Research Analyst
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Advanced degree in business, health care, or related quantitative area desired, undergraduate degree required.
- Three to five years’ experience analyzing large datasets, demonstrable technical experience and data management skills including data development, data extraction, transformation, QA, and analytic skills.
- Demonstrated skill in advanced programming (R, SQL) with large datasets; working knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SSRS Reporting) preferred.
- Strong demonstrated skills in carrying out analytic projects, along with writing and speaking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that include presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand.
- Understanding of CMS Policies regarding Risk Accuracy is a plus
