Sr. Account Executive AHA - R
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of (5) five years’ experience in insurance Account Management / Sales.
- Must possess extensive industry knowledge and is familiar with competitor’s products, services and pricing.
- Must be familiar with the insurance brokerage community and be able to effectively present and represent AHA/IA’s position, products and rating methods.
- Must possess organization and planning skills and provide leadership to develop, mentor and motivate associates and provide leadership externally representing AHA/IA.
- Must have ability to interface effectively with people and be an effective communicator.
- State Health, Life, and Workers Compensation (where applicable) License required. If not available upon date of hire, individual must pass examinations within the first 90 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable car for extensive visits to account/broker locations required.
