Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Evaluate, plan, and design timelines for complex projects assigned by management, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.

Gather and assess business requirements, implementing appropriate solutions to meet organizational goals.

Provide expert recommendations for data gathering, target dates, milestone tracking, implementation, testing, and training to optimize business processes.

Design a structured business tracking, trending, and analysis of work processes.

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights that can improve business processes and decision-making.

Evaluate business outcomes and monitor work solutions for opportunities to enhance performance.

Work closely with technical staff to provide input on system changes and enhancements, understanding their impact on workflow.

Respond to complex special requests from management and business partners, featuring research, investigation, evaluation, documentation, and presentation of findings.

Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Provide training and support to end-users, collaborating with trainers to ensure new procedures are implemented with minimal work interruptions.

Ensure new procedures are understood and implemented by staff and external departments that may be impacted.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and reconciliation activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Design and evaluate pre and post implementation workflows and processes to streamline operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and reconciliation activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in an operational business unit or equivalent external work experience.
  • Effective project management skills with considerable knowledge of project management methods, best practices, and analysis.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to convey complex ideas and concepts to users, business systems analysts, and management.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to demonstrate business solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to define business solutions, make decisions, identify problems, coordinate resources, and implement changes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of corporate objectives.
  • Ability to follow through on project life cycles while maintaining target deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently on projects and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
