Successful candidates will possess three (3) to five (5) years claim experience, either in an office setting or processing claims; Blue Card Processing experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to this role. Two (2) years of college education is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. The ability to problem solve, prioritize, maintain a flexible disposition and work in controlled environment in order to accurately process claims as well as the ability to identify, research claim issues and process claims in a timely manner are also required. In addition, candidates must have strong PC skills and the ability to use multiple system in order to expedite claim adjudication.
