College Co-op: Contract Administration Analyst (LP)
Department Overview:
The Contract Administration department is responsible for issuing standard ancillary and professional agreements and managing the setup of all facility providers within our systems. This work ensures accurate provider onboarding and supports the organization’s operational efficiency and compliance.
Co-op Position Description:
The Contract Administration Analyst Co-op will support the team by assisting with the issuance of ancillary provider contracts and facilitating provider setup within internal systems. This role offers hands-on experience in contract management, provider operations, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to departmental goals and organizational success.
Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
· Assisting with the preparation and issuance of ancillary provider contracts
· Supporting provider setup and data entry within internal systems
· Ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract documentation
· Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding workflows
· Maintaining organized records and tracking contract status
