Department Overview:
The Operations Reporting & Analytics team supports operational leaders by delivering actionable data insights that drive performance and improvement initiatives. This role works in close collaboration with the Informatics Reporting Team to analyze data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making across operational functions.
Co-op Job Description:
The Operations Reporting Analyst Co-op will play a key role in supporting the Operations team by analyzing data and generating insights that inform business decisions. This position offers hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
· Analyzing operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
· Collaborating with the Informatics Reporting Team to develop dashboards and reports
· Presenting insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format
· Supporting ongoing improvement initiatives across operational teams
· Assisting with ad hoc reporting and data requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
· Experienced with Tableau and SQL
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· High level of intellectual curiosity and a passion for uncovering insights
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to present data in a logical, digestible format
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Customer service mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
· Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines independently

· Recent graduate (within one year of program start date)
GPA Requirement:
· 3.4+ or higher
