  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training.
  2. Extensive Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management methods, practices, and procedures to identify cause and effect and recommend various and optimum solutions. Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems in conjunction with strong problem-solving skills resulting in the resolution of complex technical problems. Working Knowledge of operational metric packages to support line, department, and division reporting. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including senior management and technical teams. Demonstrated listening and consultative skills.
  3. Three (3) or more years of related IT work experience with enterprise-level Service Desk operations and/or Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes and technologies as related to the ITIL (v2 & v3) frameworks.
