  • An Undergraduate degree in Business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience is required. 
  • Minimum 3+ years of Blue Cross Health Insurance experience to include experience in one or more of the following areas:  
  • Project management, product knowledge, claims administration, benefit interpretation background, basic understanding of risk management practices and a working knowledge of Rating, Utilization Management, and Data Reporting.
  • Prior experience working with National Accounts is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong relationship skills – ability to gain rapport, trust and to negotiate.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, project management and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
