Education/Experience
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, in addition to a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience. In lieu of the degree, a minimum of 7 years of similar management experience within an operations environment is required.
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive, detailed knowledge of all Company Products, and to have a thorough understanding of benefits and claims processing functions.
  • Must have ability to manage the area of responsibility and possess managerial skills necessary for organizing, planning, controlling, budgeting, developing, and motivating employees in the accomplishments of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to complete assignments with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical ability to identify and resolve staff and customer problems.
  • Must be able to prioritize work in an environment that changes frequently.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
