Work Experience:           
Minimum three years of healthcare, benefits or business analyst experience in healthcare and in-depth knowledge of benefits, installation processes, interpreting claim systems codes and audit reporting tools. Extensive experience with MS tools  such as MS Excel and Project with proficiency in Access.  Experience working with Operations and Marketing teams to streamline processes. Proven track record of efficiency in meeting project dates and coordination of resources. Self-Funded experience is a plus.
 
Communication Skills:   
Ability to clearly communicate in person, over the phone, email and in meetings to request and exchange information in a pleasant, respectful and professional manner.
 
Reasoning Ability:           
Requires ability to define and prioritize workload and manage workload without direct supervision
 
 
Educations, Certificates, Licenses:           
BS preferred however an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
 
Other Skills and Abilities:                           
Self-management skills for coordinating numerous, simultaneous reporting deadlines. Requires excellent analytical skills. Strong knowledge of benefit designs and internal AmeriHealth Administrators and Independence Administrators’ client installation processes. Participates in Abstract workflow process discussions. Good interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and outside auditors
