The Quality Business Analyst or blends subject matter expertise, a passion for process effectiveness and focused productivity in supporting business areas through successful outcomes in Quality Management.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review and Audit transactions to ensure accuracy of workflow, adherence to policies and procedures and effectiveness of system processing.
- Provide timely documented feedback on issues identified at the processor and/or system level and execute escalation procedures as applicable.
- Identifies trends related to errors and examiners, and reports audit outcomes as needed to related business units.
Other responsibilities include:
- Continuously meet productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally within work groups, in addition to all internal and external customers.
- Support through assigned projects when appropriate or delegated by Management.
- Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems.
- Ability to understand regulations and/or required controls, and reference requirements in documentation.
- 3+ years relevant Operations or Quality Auditing experience.
· Associate degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Effective time management, shown through the ability to prioritize deliverables and communicate realistic timeframes for resolution.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with a key attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven competency with various business tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Has working knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
- Ability to work independently and navigate multiple workstreams as needed achieve productivity standards.
· Passionate about producing high-quality deliverables.
