Senior Data & Reporting Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of data-driven insights and reporting solutions that enable operational decision-making. This role plays a key part in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting performance management, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations
- Support operational performance monitoring through ongoing analysis
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards
- Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business needs
- Enhance existing reporting to improve usability and efficiency
- Build and maintain visualizations using Tableau
Data Quality & Governance
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
- Partner with data governance teams to uphold data standards and best practices
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or gaps
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support cross-functional initiatives through analytical expertise
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data utilization
- Contribute to automation and optimization of reporting workflows

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Strong experience with SQL and data querying
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or payer operations
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and controls
- Experience working with large-scale operational datasets
