Workflow Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workflow Coordinator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail promptly and accurately
- Organize and maintain electronic department files for easy access and retrieval
- Review incoming faxes via email and workflow tools, ensuring timely processing
Create and manage PDF files, entering them into the appropriate workflow systems
- Monitor and meet productivity and quality performance standards
- Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
- Previous experience in an office or administrative support role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
