Role Summary:

The Client Success Analyst plays a critical support role in the implementation process, focusing on data collection, documentation, and quality assurance. This role ensures that internal teams have the information needed to execute effectively and that client expectations are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·       Assist in the coordination of client onboarding and renewal efforts under the guidance of senior team members.

·       Collect and organize client data and documentation during pre-sale and onboarding.

·       Support implementation managers with meeting prep and follow-up tasks.

·       Monitor checklist completion and flag gaps or inconsistencies.

·       Perform quality checks on deliverables and assist with testing outputs.

·       Maintain accurate records of decisions, next steps, client requirements and other required tools & templates.

·       Capture meeting notes and document key risks, take-aways, and future deliverables.

·       Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

·       1–2 years in an operational, client support, or project coordination role.

·       Strong organizational and communication skills.

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

·       Basic understanding of healthcare operations.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

·       Out of area travel may be required. 

·       Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.

Hybrid 

Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
