The Client Solutions Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for client and member inquiries, ensuring issues are researched, coordinated, and resolved efficiently. What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted resource for clients and business partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Research and analyze issues across multiple systems to identify appropriate solutions and next steps.
Maintain ownership of assigned cases and service requests from intake through completion.
Provide proactive updates and follow-up communications to ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the resolution process.
Monitor assigned work and prioritize activities to meet service level expectations and client commitments.
Identify recurring issues and escalate trends or process concerns to leadership as appropriate.
Support operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts designed to enhance the client and member experience.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, services, systems, and operational processes.

- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, billing, customer service, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex issues, escalations, and cross-functional problem resolution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Effective written communications, including client correspondence and operational documentation.
- Knowledge of self-funded healthcare, claims administration, enrollment processes, and healthcare operations preferred

Hybrid
Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
